FAQ's

How does this work?
Great question! You click on the form and decide who you would like to adopt (i.e. a child, a family, etc.). Then you can choose the family size (3, 4, 5, 6, etc.). If you want to adopt a child, then you will have the option to choose an age group.

How much can I anticipate spending on a person?
Every budget is different, but we recommend between $50-$100 per person for a good quality gift!

Can I adopt more than one child or family!
Yes! On the form, you can choose to Be a Holiday Hero for multiple kids or families.

Do I have to buy the gifts or can I donate money for gifts?
You can do either!

Who wraps the gifts?
You can or we can! Just make sure to click the appropriate box on the form. If you would like us to, we will just need the gifts dropped off in advance so we have time to make them look beautiful!

Can I meet the family or child that I adopt?
More than likely, yes. When we select recipients, we also ask them if they would like to meet their donor--most say yes, but on occasion, some opt not to.

How do I know my contribution will go where you say it's going?
Our organization is rooted in community trust and fiscal transparency so we can promise with 100% certainty that your contributions will go these families and kids in need. If you would like extra reassurance, please call us to schedule an appointment to meet with our CEO at (951) 736-0620.

Yes! Local families/children are all located in northwestern Riverside County in Southern California.
