It's a new year.  Is this the year for a "new you?"  Do you know anyone who has their sights set on a lower weight?  Want to have fun, learn how and make money doing so?  NOW is the time to act!  Last round EVERY contestant who participated for the entire program lost pounds AND inches!

Beginning Saturday, January 9th at 8:00a.m., we'll meet every week to weigh in, discuss what works and what doesn't work for losing the pounds, and get healthier all at the same time.  Real people with real success stories and tips that work every day.  Invite your friends and relatives to meet me at Fitness 19 (gym membership not required) at 1090 W. 6th St. near Lincoln in Corona.  We're also taking reservations for other sessions if enough interest exists for a different day.
